Shipping policy

We currently ship only within the Czech Republic.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Time & Methods

• Standard delivery time: 2 – 4 business days

• We use reputable couriers  GLS, DPD, Zasilkovna, FedEx & PPL Delivery

3. Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Free shipping on all orders over 1000 CZK
• Free shipping is applied automatically — no code required

4. Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be sent via email after your order is shipped.

• You can track your parcel on the courier's website.

5. Shipping Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or lost:

• Include your order number and tracking number
